About the Staff - Clinical

Allyson Gimbel

Case Manager - Lodge Location

Born and raised in the Valley, I moved to a small town in Idaho at 21, where I had the incredible opportunity to work with the Coeur D'Alene Tribe for six years. During that me, I helped build their Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, an experience that profoundly shaped my understanding of addiction and its impact on individuals and communities.

After returning to the Valley, I was eager to further my experience in the field of addiction and found my professional home at Recovery Centers of Montana, where I serve as a case manager. My personal motto, "I want to be everyone's someone," reflects my belief that sometimes, all it takes is one person to believe in someone to spark change and hope.

When I'm not working, you'll likely find me exploring the woods or cheering on my favorite sports teams.

Cole Morris

Peer Support - Lodge Location

Hi, I'm Cole! I am a Certified Behavioral Health Peer Support (CBHPSS). Originally from Colorado, I've called Montana home for the past 18 years. At 22, I'm proud to be in long-term recovery, and my journey has shaped who I am today. I'm outgoing, social, and passionate about helping others. Traveling the world became a huge part of my life once I got my footing in recovery, but my true calling has always been to give back. I strive to be the kind of support and inspiration that staff were for me during my treatment. I love helping people rediscover their sense of self and take back control of their lives - it's an honor to walk alongside them on their journey.
