The Peer Specialist provides emotional support to participants to assist their maintenance in the least restrictive setting and to enhance self-sufficiency skills. The Peer Specialist provides transportation related to outings and resource connections.

Case Management

Case Managers will assess and mutually determine a treatment plan with clients, schedule and invite team members to treatment team meetings, monitor treatment plan implementation, adjust goals as indicated, and mutually establish criterion for discharge with clients. Case managers will also provide illness, management and recovery skills 

Case Managers will assess and mutually determine a treatment plan with clients, schedule and invite team members to treatment team meetings, monitor treatment plan implementation, adjust goals as indicated, and mutually establish criterion for discharge with clients. Case managers will also provide illness, management and recovery skills groups and other recovery focused groups, as requested. Case management services will be provided to assist clients to gain access to needed medical, emotional, social, educational, vocational, recreational, and other services as requested or needed.

 Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety, security, and comfort. Adhere to instructions issued by and to establish/maintain a therapeutic milieu and routine. Maintain good housekeeping standards within assigned duty areas. Provide maximum resident care services within limits defined by delegated tasks.

The Licensed Addiction Counselor (or ACLC) provides individual and group therapy, treatment planning, client advocacy, counseling, crisis intervention, and coordinates and arranges for family therapy services for program participants. LAC's are involved in the day-to-day functioning of the milieu and will have a team of support involved for each client.
